At Healing Touch Your appointment is very important and it is reserved especially for you.
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s day to day lives.
While truly sympathetic, when a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. In fairness to all clients as well as to the therapists, I have adopted the following policies:
If you want to cancel your appointment please give 24 hours notice and won’t be charged.
If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged 100% of the booking.
You will also be charged the full Treatment Fee if you:
Fail to attend a booking at the Appointment Time and/or at the Designated Premises.
Fail to provide accurate and complete contact details or personal information such as but not limited to full name phone number and address
Book a treatment that cannot be performed because you meet one of the contraindications that are mentioned on the website
If you are able to fill “your” time slot with somebody else, you will not be charged for that missed appointment.
The customer and therapist are allowed 15 minutes of delay, this is intended occasionally. The therapist is still allowed to proceed with the booking assurming the entire time can be fulfilled, and the same applies if the client arrives late. Beyond 15 minutes late, the therapist will end the session at the scheduled time, meaning your session will unfortunately be shorter.
Remember that your therapist will be 10 minutes early to your appointment to set up, fill out the consultation form and be ready for your session at the time booked.
Please plan accordingly in order to be on time.
