I offer live Online Reiki Healing Group Sessions designed to help you step away from the busyness of everyday life, deeply relax, and reconnect with yourself—all from the comfort of your own home. Each session combines gentle breathing, guided meditation, and Reiki healing to create a peaceful and nurturing space where you can slow down, quiet the mind, release tension, and simply receive. As a Reiki Master Teacher and experienced holistic therapist, I bring years of experience in Reiki, meditation, and bodywork to each session, creating a warm, supportive environment where everyone is welcome—whether you're completely new to Reiki or already familiar with the practice. Clients book these sessions to dedicate meaningful time to themselves, support relaxation and emotional wellbeing, feel more grounded and balanced, and cultivate greater self-awareness and inner peace. What You'll Need To make the most of your session, please have: A stable internet connection and Zoom installed on your device A quiet, comfortable space where you won't be disturbed A comfortable place to sit or lie down, such as a bed, sofa, yoga mat, or chair Comfortable clothing A blanket and cushion for extra comfort A glass of water Headphones, if you prefer a more immersive experience An open mind and willingness to relax and receive Before You Join Please join the Zoom meeting 5 minutes before the scheduled start time so you have time to settle in and check your audio. Once the Reiki session begins, the meeting will be locked to maintain a peaceful and uninterrupted space, and it will not be possible to admit late arrivals. Please make sure you join on time. No previous Reiki experience is needed. There is nothing you need to achieve or perform. Simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself 45 minutes to pause, breathe, relax and receive. 💚
